This privacy policy describes how Commbini (the "Service") handles data when you create an account and use the platform.
What data we collect
- Account data: your email address and name, collected via Clerk when you sign up or sign in
- Content data: campaign briefs, OASIS plans, and implementation workstreams you create within the Service
- Usage data: generation counts per account, used to enforce rate limits
How data is used
Account data is used to authenticate you and manage your access. Content you submit to the Brief Analyser, OASIS Planner, and Implementation Planner is sent to Anthropic's API for AI processing and returned to you. We do not use your content to train models or share it with other users.
Data storage
Account data and usage records are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway. Content is not persisted server-side beyond what is necessary to complete a generation request — outputs are returned to your browser session only.
Third-party services
- Clerk — handles authentication and identity management
- Anthropic — processes content you submit through the AI planning tools
- Railway — hosts the backend API and database
- Vercel — hosts the frontend application
Your rights
You may request deletion of your account and any associated data at any time by contacting us via the Contact page. We will action deletion requests within 30 days.
